For me creating a menu starts with my clients requests or a visit to the farmers market in the morning to see what is fresh and local. Next a trip to the local fish market for today’s fresh catch is my usual routine when I put a special menu together. I always try to prepare a fresh island fish for an entree because of the amazing options we have on Maui!

Three to Five Guests Prices per Guest

  • Three courses starting at $200
  • Four courses starting at $225

Six to Nine Guests Prices per Guest

  • Three courses starting at $150
  • Four courses starting at $175

Ten or More Guests Prices per Guest

Custom pricing including wholesale discount may be available (depending on menu)


Children’s Options Prices per Guest

Children are half price for a half portion if enjoying the same menu as adults.

Pricing Details
  • Drop off service provided for lunch or dinner at your home or condo. Once the time and location has been disclosed, I would arrive 1/2 hr before the lunch or dinner to set it up. Great way to have fresh items delivered to your door! I can create a menu or feel free to choose from my menu online. Rates would be varied on menu items.
  • Pricing starts based on the simplest menu option of all guests agreeing on the same menu item per course.
  • Bookings within 48 hours of service are subject to a charge of $250 - $500 based on the shopping needed for the menu.
  • Variations and additional options are available, but are subject to increased pricing.
  • Menus and pricing are subject to change based on availability.
  • Prices do not include sales tax (4.166%) or suggested gratuity(20%).
  • All guests will be subject to a mandatory service charge of 20%.
  • Deposits are non refundable.
  • Breakfast and lunch menus available upon request.
  • Requested items are always welcomed!
  • Holiday pricing subject to increase.
