For me creating a menu starts with my clients requests or a visit to the farmers market in the morning to see what is fresh and local. Next a trip to the local fish market for today’s fresh catch is my usual routine when I put a special menu together. I always try to prepare a fresh island fish for an entree because of the amazing options we have on Maui!
Chef Rob creates special menus for his guests once he learns of dietary restrictions or allergies.
Rates start at $175 per person plus tax and gratuity with 2 pupus to start then a 3 course plated farm to table menu.

- Small children under 6 are no charge and older children are half price
